When you have an orthopedic or sports injury, getting a prompt diagnosis and beginning your course of treatment as quickly as possible is important to your recovery. That’s why Dr. Hefley provides on-site services such as MRI, ultrasound-guided injections, and physical therapy.

Our MRI machine produces very clear images of the extremities, including the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, foot, and ankle. Plus, the 1.5T short bore magnet enables us to perform both contrast and non-contrast studies, as well as metal artifact suppression scans.
The inviting design of our MRI makes it accessible for any patient. Faster scanning times and feet-first entry on many scans also decreases the anxiety of patients who are uncomfortable in small spaces. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable MRI experience for all patients.
Located at our North Little Rock office, our MRI facility is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). All scans are interpreted by experienced, board-certified central Arkansas radiologists.
Our MRI center is open Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. MRI entrance and parking is on the east side (back) of the building.
Using ultrasound, Dr. Hefley can administer medications such as cortisone and viscosupplementation to painful joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Ultrasound guidance can help deliver targeted treatment directly to the site of pain, improving the precision, safety, and effectiveness of the injection procedure.
All ultrasound-guided injections are conveniently performed in our office.

Our therapists focus on improving your mobility, strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, and endurance. Their goal is to guide you through the recovery process and quickly return you to your active lifestyle.
